Rolling Fire-Rated Doors
Our fire doors come with UL or FM labels and are listed for masonry and non-masonry applications. The Fire Sentinel® time-delay release device provides an added measure of safety to control the doors’ closure.
Doors are compliant with all NFPA-80 standards.
A wide range of sizes and styles meet or exceed industry fire safety testing standards, including Underwriters Laboratories (UL & ULC) requirements.
Added protection features, such as the Fire Sentinel®, horns, and strobes, are available.
Rolling FireKing® Series
Rolling Service Fire Doors – 630 / 631 / 634 / 635
Our FIREKING® Rolling Fire Door Collection offers fire protection, innovative design, and optimized performance. Additional benefits, including thermal efficiency, climate control, and sound control are available with our FireKing® Insulated Fire Door (Model 635), which provides an R-value of 4.5; Smoke and flame index of 5, and STC of 21.
FireKing® Fire Doors come equipped with an innovative floor reset system, which allows these doors to be easily drop tested and mechanically reset at any time without special tools
Model 630
FireKing® Model 630 is ideal for projects requiring a listed rolling service fire door available in labels up to 4 hours, for mounting in masonry, steel, or wallboard. This fire-rated service door also offers the choice of galvanized or stainless steel in 18-, 20- or 22 gauges, as well as flat or curved slat profiles with approximately 200 optional powder coat color options. Customized fire doors are available for conveyor openings.
Slat selection and finishes:
Fire door slats are available in curved or flat profiles in either galvanized or stainless steel. Galvanized slats are finished with a rust-inhibitive, roll-coating process that incorporates baked-on prime paint, and a baked-on polyester topcoat of gray, tan, white or brown. Stainless steel slats are manufactured with a No. 4 brushed finish.
Model 631
Fire-rated service door model 631 is a smaller fire door with UL/ULC ratings. The FireKing® Model 631 rolling fire-rated service door offers superior protection wherever a small UL-listed fire door is required.
Additional safety and protection features are available, including Fire Sentinel® time-delay release device, FireLite® vision lites, smoke detectors, horns, and strobes.

Model 634
Fire-rated service door model 634 is a large fire door with UL, ULC, and FM ratings for 1-1/2 hr, 3hr labels. Additional 4 hr UL and oversized labels available. Doors over 18 feet high must be certified by FM. The FireKing® Model 634 rolling fire-rated service door offers superior protection wherever a listed fire door is required.

Model 635
Our insulated fire-rated rolling service door offers superior protection wherever a listed insulated fire door is required (max. width 24’; max. height 24’). The Model 635 insulated rolling steel door serves as a thermal barrier, ideal for applications that require separation due to climate control requirements.
The insulation used in this door offers added energy efficiency (R-value of 4.5), sound transmission control (STC 21), and the mineral wool utilized in the slat insert meets the Smoke and Flame Index of 5.
Common masonry and non-masonry mounted applications include: facilities with paint booths, file rooms, material storage locations, warehouses, shared walls between businesses, public record storage, and public buildings such as libraries. The Model 635 insulated fire door is available with UL (FM optional) labels for 1-1/2, 3, 4, and oversized doors.
Fire-Rated Counter Doors
Fire-rated counter door Model 640 printed galvanized steel and Model 641 fire-rated counter doors feature 22-gauge steel and are ideal for applications where safety is as important as style. The 640 and 641 model doors are perfect for openings requiring a counter-type fire-rated door. Typical applications include factories, schools, concessions, hospitals, cafeterias, and retail settings.

Built-In Safety.
These fire-rated counter doors feature fusible links. These links separate at 165°F (74°C) for ambient conditions under 100°F (38°C) or at 212°F (100°C) for ambient conditions over 100°F (38°C) to close the door automatically under governor control. These doors meet strict fire safety testing standards, including New York City (MEA) and State of California (CSFM) requirements.

These fire-rated counter doors are available with a 1 1/2-hour rated countertop that allows you to coordinate design details with an added measure of safety against fire. The fire-rated countertop features a fire-resistant core and is available in various decorative laminate finishes.
Integral Frame & Sill Fire Doors
Fire-Rated Counter Doors with Stainless Steel Curtain, Frame, and Hood
Models 660 / 662
Integral frame counter fire doors provide a handsome finished appearance for various applications, including food service counters. Available for opening sizes up to 9’5” x 55”, these doors carry a 1-1/2 hour UL Class B label and are factory-assembled as a complete unit with fully welded frames.
The frame is comprised of 16-gauge jambs, header, hood, and fascia and is complemented by a 14-gauge sill. Added protection features, such as the Fire Sentinel®, are available.
The 660 Series integral frame doors are factory-assembled as a complete unit with fully welded frames. The curtain, frame, guides, sill, hood, and bottom bar are stainless steel. Additional safety and protection features include the Fire Sentinel® time-delay release device, smoke detectors, horns, and strobes.
